Daniel has over 12 years’ experience in the legal industry in both the Defendant and Claimant arenas. After spending the large part of his early career at two top fifty commercial law firms, as well as one of the largest Claimant firms in the northwest Daniel, decided to set up Three Graces Legal with Aaron Pearson in a bid to provide a better level of service within the Legal sector.

Daniel was able to identify that the legal sector was changing fast, Clients were much more commercially aware, and were now armed with enough knowledge and expectation to expect their legal services provider to come up with solutions that could be tailored to their exact needs and within a budget of their liking.

Three Graces Legal tries to manage that expectation with personal, tailored services with an efficient, multi-faceted approach to suit each individual client’s circumstances.

Experience 

Daniel was heavily involved in the retail sector acting for many large multinational organisations defending the civil claims brought against them.

Daniel then chose to gain experience working for a large claimant law Firm to gain experience of being on the other side of the fence in order to develop a much more rounded view point on civil claims and the complexities involved on both sides. During this time Daniel advised on many different types of civil cases for individuals and learned the real value of helping the most vulnerable parties with their legal issues.

In the last four years, Daniel has taken a keen interest in the commercial side of civil matters that find themselves before the Court and acts for many SME’s in the reduction and recovery of debts and also in advising and acting for them in contract disputes. During this time and with astute knowledge and tactics Daniel has been able to recover large sums of money for his Client’s.

Daniel is the Compliance Officer for Financial Administration (COFA) at Three Graces Legal, a role that has seen him enhance his knowledge and experience greatly as to the complexities of running a law firm from a compliant perspective in relation to the Solicitor Accounts Rules and the SRA’s expectations.

Personal

I’m a serious runner who is trying (injury permitting) to work towards running ultramarathons and also an avid reader of books and a big Liverpool FC fan.
